Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Marital Home

My wife moved out of our marital home 8 months ago to be with her boyfriend. She left our 7 year old in my care. About 4 months ago she and her boyfriend relocated 2,000 miles away leaving our son with me. In those 4 months I filed for divorce and a Judgment Entry of Restraining Order was filed. She did not try to contact our son in those 4 months until recently. Now she is continually calling and threatening to move back in (she took all of her belongings with her) because legally the house is half hers. I know legally that she can, but I don't understand how this is possible when she has another residence in another state. Is there anything that I can do?

Re: Marital Home

Is the restraining order against her moving back into the house? If not, seek a restraining order for that, particularly if the move back into the house is distrupting and disruptive to the care of your child.
