Seperation or divorce

Married for 24yrs. Seperated for 6yrs. Not legally and spouse was just offered a buy out from job, what should my next step be? Thanks

I'm not sure what the buy-out has to do with your question, but it seems as though you can legally end your marriage by dissolution rather than divorce.

Easiest and least expensive way is a dissolution. That assumes you two can agree on everything. You can then use one lawyer and the time frame is only about 6 weeks. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss this further. Ed DiCato
