shared parenting

My Ex husband and I have shared parenting with our 5 year old daughter. She is starting kindergarten and the schedual we have had the past year is seeming to be stressful and difficult on her. As the residential parent, what rights do I have to change the schedual to suit her a little better?

You can request through the Court that the shared parenting plan be modified, and better yet, request through the Court that this matter be mediated using the mediation services of the Court.
