statue of limitations on compliance with divorce settlement

My ex and I have been officially divorced (in Ohio) 1 1/2 yrs. He was to have my name removed from the home mortgage and sell property that we co owned but has not done that yet. What do I do now and is there a time limit as to how long I have to wait?

Usually, the wind-up of a divorce should occur within "a reasonable time." Did he try to get the mortgage assigned to him only? This can be difficult to do. Has he tried to sell the house? Another difficult thing to do these days. I suggest you look into the circumstances.
