stopping divorce filing

my husband filed for our divorce, but now he is in the hospital with a brain anerysm and prior to that we were talking about getting back together. Is there anyway to stop the divorce

Yes, he can withdraw the petition for divorce. You might be able to request a stay of the proceedings until his health improves. Consult your attorney.
