Untrustworthy Executors
What can heirs to estates do when the executor or executors abuse their roles by treating the heirs like they have no business asking questions about the estate?

Executors have a fiduciary duty to act responsibly on behalf of the estate. A beneficiary to an estate can write a letter to the probate court expressing some concern about the actions of an executor.
