Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio
family and medical leave act
after being off three days sick, I was told that I had to take family medical leave and include the weekend, I had the flu, is this leagal or can I use my sick leave?

If you miss three days you trigger a serious condition time period. However the flu is not a seious condition. call or e mail today for your free consultation.
