Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio
Family Medical Leave Act
My question. I have a bad leg from a recovered broken ankle. When my doctor filled out my forms for FMLA, I think he underestimated the difficulties I would have with my left leg through out the year. He only grant me one time the whole year to be off work. In other words for the whole year during the FMLA I can only have 2 days off with no more that 24 hours of leave due to leg pain. Can he re write my FMLA due to more medical issues than expected. I am finding through nerve specialists I may need at least 24 hours per month off with 2 days granted per month. Just because of the under expected leg pain that I experience.

Re: Family Medical Leave Act
The new condition warrants a new FMLA leave being submitted.
