Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio

fmla

already used 90 days, ended late feb. co.now asking employees to give up 7%. Not eligible for fmla until 3/09, not sure job still there. What will be my best bet? Need surg now, will I be able for un-employment ,disability pay?
