Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio
Retroactive Designation
An employee called in ''sick''. A note was brought in from the doctor that he was seen in the office. Nothing indicating it was FMLA related and he was off only one day. Three motnhs later the employee wanst the day counted as FMLA. Can he do that?
