Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

Civil Suit

My father died 6 years ago. My brother signed for the funeral exspenses and then filed bankruptcy he is now trying to sue me for them. There are also 2 other siblingings but he is only trying to sue me. What recourse do I have. Also what is the statue of limitations in Ohio

i think a lawyer can stop that lawsuit really quickly...

if he filed bankruptcy, that debt should be discharged....

this one deserves a sit-down with a lawyer...
