Re: falling leaves
Dear Inquirer: It is not illegal or unlawful for the leaves from your tree, or tree(s), to blow across the street, since that is an act of God and nature. Of course if you gather a large pile of leaves on your property and fail to cover or otherwise protect them to keep them in a pile until collected, and they blow across...then you've created or permitted a nuisance, and that's not acceptable. It may even be unlawful under your local municipal ordinances.
Cover your assets, and your leaves. Good luck.
