Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio
Picture printed in newspaper in error
You previously stated that to win a case against the media was hard. Well in this case being that it was a big case in Cincinnati and has been in the media for over 2 years now so they knew who I was and the other party...I am now getting asked questions by co-worker getting e-mails about the picture and why is my picture in the paper saying I'm suing the city of Cincinnati.Please advise on what I could do, this has been really stressful for me as it is and now this.
