Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

A lawyer that handles 4 different cases for our family

Our family has a lawyer that has handled 4 things for us-- 2 bankruptcies, 1 will and 1 civil litigation. He took info from the will and had it included in the one bankruptcies which I don't think he should've done. Doesn't he have to keep info from each case separate from the others? I think that would be a conflict of interest or something like that. Thanks for your time.

There is no problem using information from one case to help in the other. I get the impression that you did not want to disclose certain assets in the bankruptcy. The attorney did not violate his vow of confidentiality as he did not disclose it to a third party to your prejudice. Further an attorney is an officer of the Court and is ethically bound to complete the paperwork for the Court in a complete and honest manner.
