Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

any legal action I can take

By word and handshake someone says they will stay and pay rent until a specific time. Now they move and do not pay anymore. They still have stuff at your house. car cloths ect. They have not said they have moved out or will not pay they just are not paying. And they are now living Elsewhere. Can I hold there things util they pay or small claims court them to pay until there date they said they would pay till.

Even though there is no lease it sounds like you need to evict this person through a court.
