Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

Legal question regarding ending a child care contract with baby sitter
We have our children in an in home childcare center but are unhappy with the care provided and are leaving. Our daugher cries about going over there stating she gets pushed and kicked by the other kids but the Sitter says she never sees any of that. Her original contract asks for 2 weeks notice. We only want to give 1 week but she is telling us we will have to pay the 2nd week. If we do not pay, will she have a case?

I think if ahe made a case of it you would have a good defense based on the welfare of your child.
