Manipulation/theft
I live in Youngstown Ohio. What is the statue of limitation to take someone to small claims court for my personal items that he pawned, totalled my vehicle and (bullied) forced me to give him money in the year 2003 - 2007. He made 2 illegal leys to my apartment. I use to live with him 2003. I moved out and moved by myself. I do have some receipts to some of the incidents.

You have presented a mishmash of possible causes for bringing a lawsuit. There could be more than one statute of limitations involved.
