Spousal Priviledged Information

In replying to an interrogatory, do a husband and wife have to answer questions about their sexual relations with one another?

Interrogatories may seek virtually any information that, while it may not be admissible, it may lead to the discovery of admissable evidence. About the only questions that don't have to be answered are those that violate a privilege, such as attorney work product or attorney-client confidences. Interrogatory questions may be very broad.

If your lawsuit involves claims for loss of spousal consortium, then questions about your sex life are relevant as they go to the heart of one of your claims.
