20,000 H-1b quota, and prevailing wage

Hi

I have masters degree in polymer/ chemical engineering and want to apply for H-1b under the new quota which allows 20,000 new H-1b visas. I have found a job close to cleveland, OH but the salary offer is only 32K per year. My question is will i be able to get H-1 b with this salary ?

I will pay for all the expenses for H-1b. What will be approximate cost under the new fee structure ( the company has more than 100 employees).

First, I need to mention that USCIS will not be accepting H-1B petitions under the new 20,000 quota on March 8th. They announced yesterday that we will need to wait until they tell us what to do. Second, on the prevailing wage issue, $32,000 for a polymer / chemical engineer will NOT satisfy prevailing wage. The wage must be at least $48,194 per year in order to satisfy prevailing wage. Third, the USCIS filing fee will be $2,185, of which the employer must pay at least $1,500 of the filing fee. If you need an attorney, please contact me.
