Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Adding extra immigrants
When I petitioned for my siblings to immigrate to the US, they were single, but now they are married and have children. How can I add more family members to my petition?

You can notify the NVC, and your siblings' spouses and minor unmarried children under 21 will be added as dependents.
