Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Hi All,
My husband is on an L1 visa and I am on L2 valid til March 2011. I am 22 weeks pregnant currently. We are planning to visit India due to some personal emergency.I will be 30 weeks preg when I return to U.S.A.
I have been visiting my doc here in the US regularly and have insurance coverage for my delivery. Will I face any problem at the Port of entry?

This shouldn't be a problem as long as your doctor allows it, your have a valid L2 visa, and your husband maintains L1 status.
