Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
I'm an illegal alien with absolutly no documentation. I was suposed to go to court when one of my friends that is a legal USA citizen got pulled over for speeding, but I never went to court. I also got arrested for a DUI but I spent time in jail and paid the fine. Other than those to incidents, I have no other problems. I was wondering since I found a spouse in the US if it is still possible to obtain US citizenship. Thanks

If your wife is a US citizen and you are protected under 245 (i), you might be able to apply for green card and citizenship later on.
We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.

What court you were supposed to go to? Was it Immigration Court hearing that you missed?
If you have absolutely no documentation, what documents you used in jail and during your DUI trial?
How did you come to USA (on a visa, what visa, or without any visa)?
You MIGHT be able to adjust status (obtain a green card) ONLY IF you have a proof that you came to USA legally (on a visa), OR someone had filed an immigrant petition for you prior to April 30, 2001.
If, however, an Immigration Judge had already ordered you deported in your absence (when you missed a court hearing), that'd be a different situation.
The marriage to a US citizen has to be bona fide, as well.
