Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
If i am an illegal immagrate and have been pulled over for the second time for not having a license and my visa is expired, could I get deported or go to jail?

Yes, a person can be detained by ICE, referred to Immigration Court for removal proceedings, and deported if he is in the United States illegally and has no legal grounds to remain in USA.
