Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Immigration Location
If a person is immigrating to the US, does that person have to live in the same general location as the petitioner, or could they live wherever they want within the US?

They can live anywhere in the United States, unless they are a husband and wife, then, they would be expected to reside together.
