Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Immigration question:
I did a medical residence in the USA and now completing a two year home country residency requirement in Canada. If i visit the USA for 2 days to see a freind, do I have to add 2 days to the two year requirement. Please note that I am a Canadian citizen and do not need a visa on my Canadian passport for 2 day visit.

Yes, you will add 2 days to the required 2 years. Time spent in USA doesn't count toward foreign residency requirement.
