If she has to go abroad for an emergency, there is not much time left.
If you marry her, it will not give her any automatic rights to come back to USA.
Because she's been unlawfully in USA for over 6 months to a year, as soon as she departs the USA, she will become inadmissible, and a waiver will be required.
If there is time for you two to marry, apply for her adjustment of status, obtain a green card, and then go abroad - then yes, she will be able to come back easily. Marriage by itself will not cure a problem of inadmissibility.
