Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
How much does it cost to get an attorney to file a 'Motion to Quash' a subpoena. Also, how long does it take to file a 'Motion to Quash'?

It will cost whatever the lawyers hourly rate is multiplied by the number of hours of work it takesto draft. Once the motion is written it takes five minutes to file it. What kind of a subpoena did you receive and what reason do you have for quashing it? Have you been subpoenaed for court or for a deposition? If it is only for a depo you can almost always contact the attorney who issued the subpoena and make arrangements to reschedule the proceeding for purposes of convenience. If you give me a few more details I can give you a more detailed answer.
