Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
I previous took nexium a prescription drug. My husband passed away in October and my insurance switch to UHC. The insurance will not cover this drug. I have taken the 2 prescriptions which they recommended and have has endo and colon scopes. The 2 prescriptions do not help me like nexium. I have appealed the insurance company and still no coverage. Is there anything legally I can do?

Your doctor is the one who can help you, as this is a medical decision, not an insurance decision. He has to say that nexium is the only medication which you must have, etc., based on medical reasons. Without him doing that it will be very difficult to change things. Good luck.
