how do i get leagully amanstipated from my parents at 16 years old

Alright....you should find it funny that the word that you used "Amanstipation" seems to be a fusion of the word "Constipated" (which means you cant produce a bowel movement) and "emancipated" which is more than likely the word you really wanted there....
You cant be emancipated under 18 in this state. Sorry....but you will always need some kind of guardian until 18. Any interested adult can request to take legal custody by filing in juvenile court. If the court finds that it's in your best interest, it can order that person to be your guardian, and he or she would be your new parent for legal purposes.
