Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Ohio
SSI disability
I am 16 years old and am wondering if my SSI disability will continue after i turn 18 years old?

If you're receiving the benefits because of a disabled parent, they will terminate when you turn 18, unless you're a full-time high school student, then they will terminate when you are no longer a full-time high school student or at age of 19, whichever first occurs.
