Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

i am considering breaking a non-comptere agreement with a company i worked for. none of thier customers are under contract to them so what money damages could i be liable for if i take some of thier business?

They'll probably request an injunction to enforce the agreement and prevent you from doing business with these customers. I'd like to read the agreement though. Please call me for a free consult.
