Defamation and Blackmail

I was employed by a company where the owner told me if I didnt fix this certain thing she would tell my husband about some things I had done outside of work. She specifically used the words blackmail. Is there a legal issue I can push here???

If the requested act is illegal, It comes under whistle blowing. In any event the intentional interference is harassment and actionable under several theories.
