Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
I along with many fellow employees took a buyout of some form or another from ford motor co. under the assumption the plant we worked at would definately be sold , or simply shut down buy 2008. Here we are 2010 the plant is still running and is not sold. had I been told this was going to be the case things would have been alot different. is there any legal action that could be taken ?

Very interesting question. I would like to get more background information and see the documents. I would assume you have a file of all pertinent documents re the buyout. I work at a medium sized law firm in downtown Cincinnati. We handle commercial disputes as well as labor/employment matters. Please call me to discuss and to schedule a free initial consult.
