Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

I have a non compete clause with my employer. I am in sales not management. I do not have any trade or company secrets. Changes to the pay structure have changed dramatically and my income has fallen by 30 percent in just the past year. The company has taken away most incentives or made them unobtainable. I am the top salesperson and have been for many years, the company has hired salespeople from competitors and salespeople that have left to a competitor have not been sued. I am concerned that because of the huge affect that my leaving would have on the companies revenue that they might pursue someone like me. I do one time in home sales, I would not have previous customers or any contact with them. I would think it to be very hard to enforce a non compete after the company has changed your income. Please help.
