Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

I signed a Non Compete Agreement approximately five years ago; however, my position, title, direct reports, and managerial responsibilities have changed. Is the contract still enfoceable?

I would have to read the actual document. It depends on how tightly they drafted it, i.e., whether the contract addresses a change in position, duties, etc. If there is any ambiguity, the document is construed against the drafter, so you may have a loophole. Please contact me for a consult.
