Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

Whistleblower

During a discovery process I presented documentation to proof my claims, and now the company is claiming that the information presented to the judge was inappropriately obtained. I was the author of many of these reports, so I believe that I am entitle to reproduce the result of my work if the company has refused to participate in discovery. Do I am right? If not what can I do now?
