Legal Question in Military Law in Ohio
undue harassment causing medical problems
I am a man age 56 joined the Ohio Military Reserve to help fight terrorism,an all volunteer NO PAY organization, have been unduly harassed and humiliated by a 21 year old sargeant by having me stand at attention while disrobing from the waist up,placing his clothes on my shoulders while he changed clothes, and said to me YOU CAN BE MY CLOTHING BITCH.he has kicked my boots, tugged on my arms and clothing, yelled at me, this man is constantly in trouble and hated by everyone.
two other sargeants have treated me unfairly,I was asked by my colonel to buy food and feed 30 to 40 people 4 meals, and given no money to do so...I complained in a letter, and Now have been chewed out and made to feel unwanted.
am on high blood pressure medicine and anti depressants from the VA clinic because of this....
Can I sue the State????

Re: undue harassment causing medical problems
Since you are under no obligation to be in this organization, why don't you just leave. You speak of the VA, so probably you are a veteran on the military service. You could do more good by volunteering at a VA Hospital.
