Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Husband was in work truck on job a man ran stop sign hit husband , the man died at scene, husband life flighted to er, with brain injury and more, attorney says all we can expect is the money the man had on his underinsured motor insurance, what about the underinsured insurance husband's employer has on work truck ? We are told you can only take one, just asking since we have friends saying that is not true. Please reply, thank you

In order to answer this question, all of the insurance policies have to be reviewed to see what the language of the policies state and the amount of limits of all the policies. I assume that you have applied for workers' compensation benefits also.
