Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Auto accident settlement

Hi, i live in ohio and had and accident. The other driver's insurance settled with me and i signed a paper. The agent said I had $3000 set aside for treatment . When i went for treatment she all of the sudden says I have one month to finish it. The doctor did not send any reports so she has no idea of my diagnosis. She just arbitrarly puts a months limit. My med pay wont pay because i settled with the other insurance. I still have pain from the accident the insurance wont just write me a check for the $3000 to use as I want. What can i do?

Re: Auto accident settlement

Please let this be a lesson for anyone else out there that insurance companies do not deal fairly with those who are not represented by attorneys. You NEED to contact an attorney directly in your area to see if there's anything else you can do. The attorney will need to see what you signed.
