What do I do if i do not find the insureance companys offer acceptable?

We where driving in a new houseing development when we tired to miss a buckle in the road. We hit a dip in the road and then another buckle in the road that had a big water pip sticking out our car was totaled.

There were no signs posted. The construction company new about the road damage as it damaged a snow plow the year before. I have been without a car for over a month. We paid to tow the car home and for a co pay to get Xrays done since my neck was sore and i had a very bad headache. The insureance Company offerd us a very low settelment claiming it will buy us a car of the same value as we lost. Can I do anything to recover for hte time the car was down..and for hte xrays and toe ..and for them being neglegent.

You can attempt to recover all your damages that result from the negligence of a party. In order to determine the amount of compensation which would be fair, I would suggest that you contact an attorney for evaluation of the matter and consider obtaining representation.
