Hit And Run Automobile Accident

I was involved in a hit and run accident, the other driver left the scene of the accident, what can I claim if i sued?? My car was demolished in the accident and I missed two days of work because of injuries.

If you know the other driver's identity and can prove he/she is the one who hit you, you can sue that driver. If that driver has no, or insufficient, insurance you may be able to make a claim with your own insurance carrier under the uninsured/underinsured coverage on your policy. You may also be able to make a claim should you be unable to locate the at-fault driver. I suggest making an appointment with an attorney to discuss the problem and to protect your interests should you file a suit and/or claims. Good luck.
