Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Serving someone who is Dodging service/Time almost up

I am a Kentucky attorney. A client of mine was rear ended in Ohio but lived in Kentucky. The person who hit him was a truck driver. The business has closed he worked for and this man has moved across three states and is now in South Carolina. Are last attempt at serving him through the Sherrif has come back. I am at a loss of what to do. Does anyone here know of any other way that we can serve this man. Please reply asap. THank you

Most jurisdictions allow service by publication. Check your state adn local rules of civil procedure, and get help from an attorney with experience in service by publication. Hopefully, you will end up with a deault judgment. Then, your goal will be collecting on the judgment.
