Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

statute of limitations??

I am being sued for a car accident that allegedly (as I was not involved in the accident) took place 12/28/03. The defendent tried to sue me once back on 12/27/05, but voluntarily dropped the case. Now, he has filed another law suit against me for the same thing, dated 7/24/07. He is only suing for medical bills and pain and suffering. Can he still sue?? Is there a statute of limitations? Thanks!!

He can voluntarily dismiss it once and then refile it within one year of the date of dismissal.
