Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Help I bought a house and it still has someone's stuff in it!

Hello, I bought this house and when I went there to check it out it still had another person's items in it. This person has not been living there because there has not been any utilities on for a few months but I don't know what to do with his stuff. I have been in contact with him and told him that he had so long to get it out but it has been 20 days and he still has not taken anything. Do I have to give him more time? What do I need to do legally? Thank You

You should send her a letter with a list of the items you have to her last known address, and give him 30 calendar days to remove it. If he fails to do so after that time, you are free to dispose of the items as you see fit.
