Breaking lease
i am going to be buying a house soon and am going to be moving in to it 2 months before my lease is up,will i still be obligated to pay for the apartment?

Talk to the landlord as soon as possible so that the landlord can try to rerent the place as you are responsible for the remainder 2 months unlessthe landlord wants to forgive you or the place is rerented.
