condo assoc.
My condo assoc hired a contractor to fix/lift our front steps and cleaned the surface with something that has eaten holes in the bottom of our storm door. Who is responsible for this damage?

Your condominium documents control who is responsible for what repairs outside your unit. You need to have these documents reviewed to answer your question.
