EX- HUSBAND stayed in the home and was court ordered to pay the house payments but has not done so for 10 months house is now in forclosure but the loan is in my name

If the court order was from Domestic Relations court, you will have to bring a contempt action in that court to enforce your rights. Your mortgage lender is not obligated to stop foreclosure. Contact an attorney right away if you want to keep your house.
