Is he entitled to anything?

My question is in regards to my parents. My mom is the sole supporter for my family. My father received disability but does not pay any household bills. My question is, is my father entitled to 50% of the home/estate if they were to separate or divorce? The house is currently in my mom's name ONLY and my dad signed off on his dower rights when the house was refinanced a few years back. Please help!

The asset/debt division starts at 50/50, and that line is moved by fault, and by each spouses material contribution to the marriage. His level of disability compensation may be a factor in determining spousal support, if any.
