How to take ex-wife off of my deed

received house in divorce decree. have tried to get ex-wife to take her name off of the deed and all efforts to do so have been ignored. I continue to make the payments and she has nothing to do with the house. divorced 2/02

This should have been handled at the time of divorce. Divorce entry should have provided that, if your ex-wife did not sign deed, the divorce entry could be recorded. If not, you probably have to ask domestic relations court to hold your ex in contempt for failing to convey title. Court will order transfer.
