Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
Home Refinance
My fiance's father passed away leaving the house to her and 3 siblings. We currently live in the house. Would it be legal for the three siblings to sign off on the house, and then we refinance the house to pay them for their portion of the house? The reason being that interest would be lower on the loan and require no down payment. The house has no current loans against it.
